Shipping Method
All orders are shipped exclusively via Australia Post Express to ensure rapid delivery and maintain the freshness and quality of our perishable goods. Express Post provides tracking and priority handling, offering peace of mind and prompt service across Australia.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on the total weight of your order. This ensures a fair and transparent pricing structure for all customers, especially when purchasing larger or heavier items.
Order Fulfilment Time
We typically pack and dispatch all orders within 1 to 3 business days from the time the order is placed.
However, please note the following cut-off schedule to maintain our freshness guarantee:

Orders placed before Wednesday 12:00 PM (midday) will be packed and shipped the same week.

Orders placed after Wednesday 12:00 PM (midday) will be shipped early the following week, to avoid any potential delays or weekend storage in postal facilities that may affect freshness.
Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, delivery via Australia Post Express usually takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Rural or remote addresses may experience slightly longer delivery times.
Delivery Areas
We ship Australia-wide using Express Post. If you are located in a remote or regional area, please allow additional time for your order to arrive.
Freshness & Delivery Responsibility
We use express shipping to protect the integrity of your fresh products. However, please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery on the expected arrival day. Ozrica Foods is not responsible for items that spoil due to being left unattended, delayed pickup, or incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your Australia Post tracking number so you can monitor your parcel’s journey.
Incorrect Addresses or Missed Deliveries
Please ensure your delivery details are accurate. We are not liable for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect shipping information. Re-delivery fees may apply for any parcels returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
