At Ozrica Foods, we take great pride in providing high-quality, fresh food products delivered express to your doorstep. Due to the perishable nature of our items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges under standard circumstances.
No Returns or Responsibility Post-Dispatch
Once your order has been shipped, Ozrica Foods is no longer responsible for the condition of your products. This is why we exclusively use express shipping—to ensure your items arrive as fresh and fast as possible. Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery and refrigerate your order as soon as it arrives.
Spoilage or Quality Issues (Extreme Circumstances Only)
We understand that on rare occasions, something may go wrong. If you receive a product that appears spoiled or is of unacceptable quality due to a fault on our end, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To assess and resolve the issue, you must provide:

What We Do Not Cover
We are unable to offer refunds or replacements in the following cases:
